Cecil J. Collins, 71 of Wilmar passed away Sunday, July 27, 2014 at the Baptist Hospital in Little Rock, AR. He was born August 5, 1942 in Drew County to the late Marshall Lee Collins and Lille Pace Collins.

He was a retired tomato farmer and of the Pentecostal faith. Cecil was also preceded in death by his son, Steven Collins and a brother, Marshall Collins.

Survivors include his wife, Fleta Madden Collins of Wilmar; two brothers, Hurbert Collins of Little Rock and Doyle Collins of Monticello; two sisters, Macel Kuhn of Little Rock and Susie Henry of Monticello; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
