Marzelle Grasper-Wimbley 58 of Monticello passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at UAMS in Little Rock. She was born on September 22, 1958 in Monticello to the late Mose Grasper and Pinky Lee Scott Grasper. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by husband Jerry Wimbley; her great-grandson, Joseph Johnson, Jr.; two sisters, Gloria Jean Grasper-Hubbard and Bennie Rose Grasper-Green.

She accepted Christ at an early age and received her formal education at Drew Elementary and Drew High School. She labored many years at Maxwell Flooring and The Woods Nursing and Rehab Facility. She was a loving and devoted wife.

She leaves to cherish her memories one daughter, Latrina Grasper of Monticello; one granddaughter, Krystal Owens of Fort Worth, TX; two sisters, Dorice Grasper-Davis of Monticello and Bridgett (Keith) Ziegter of Deerfield, OH; one brother, Bryant (Monique) Edington of Monticello.

Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m., Friday, December 30, 2016 at Stephenson-Dearman Chapel with burial to follow in Oakland Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00-7:00 p.m. Thursday evening at the funeral home. Online guestbook www.stephensondearman.com.
