ElleKate Carter, infant daughter of Justin and Courtney Faulkner Carter of Monticello, passed away Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock. She was born October 12, 2017 in Little Rock, AR.

In addition to her parents, she is also survived by two brothers, Jackson and Colt Carter of Monticello; two sisters, Addie and Maddie Suber of Monticello; grandparents, Red and Michelle Faulkner, Rev. Gary and Debbie Carter all of Monticello; great grandparents, Jerry and Jessie Grant, Mary and Leon Faulkner, Charles and Dorothy Booth and Kate Carter all of Monticello and the late Rev. Charles “Buddy” Carter; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, November 2, 2017 at Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Chapel with burial to follow in Oakland Cemetery. Online guestbook at www.stephensondearman.com.
