Billy Boy Hill, 57, of Monticello, passed away Monday, August 15, 2011 from injuries sustained in an accident. He was born June 13, 1954 in Hamburg, AR.

Billy was a handyman and a Baptist. He was the son of the late Walter Hill and Clara Mildred White Hill and was preceded in death by one brother, Cecil Hill, one sister, Clara Hall and a nephew, Dakota Parks.

Survivors include his wife, Judy Hill of Phoenix, AZ; his loving companion, Helen Milburn of Monticello; two step-sons, Billy Spradlin of Searcy and Jeff Spradlin of AZ; five step-daughters, Myrtis Thompson of Warren, Delhia Burns of Monticello, Melissa Rice of El Dorado, Elizabeth Mosier of McGehee and Teresa Spradlin of AZ; three sisters, JoAnn Haire and Minnie Nelson, both of Monticello and Ruth Palmer of Florence, MS; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
