Jeff Wilkerson, Jr., 90 of Monticello passed away January 4, 2013 at Drew Memorial Hospital in Monticello. He was born February 13, 1922 in Dumas to the late Jeff Wilkerson, Sr. and Georgia Ann Carter Wilkerson.

He was a WWII Navy veteran, having fought at Pearl Harbor on the USS California and was a mason with membership in Houston Lodge. He was a retired carpenter and a hairdresser and was of the Baptist faith. He was also preceded in death by his first wife, the mother of his children, Nell Curry Wilkerson; one son, Ronny Wilkerson and a daughter-in-law Deborah Wilkerson.

Survivors include; his wife, Edith Wilkerson of Monticello; four sons, Bobby Wilkerson of Monticello, Jeffery Wilkerson of Little Rock, Sammy Wilkerson of Monticello and Charles Wilkerson of Albertville, AL; one daughter, Jacqulyn Perfetto of Bath, Maine, ten grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
