Patsy Crawford Lephiew, age 73, of Warren passed away Saturday, August 24 at the Memphis Regional Medical Center in Memphis, TN. She was born October 6, 1939 to the late William E. and Bessie Tong Crawford. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Thomas L. Lepheiw; three sisters, Mavis Crawford, Sally Lou Crawford and Mildred Russell; one brother, William Gaye Crawford; and one granddaughter, Reginia Lynn McCartney.

She was retired from the Human Development Center, worked many years for Burlington Industries and was a member of Harmony Freewill Baptist Church.

Survivors include four sons; Thomas Lephiew of Star City, Calvin Lephiew of Hermitage, Mark Lephiew of Cabot and Roy Lephiew of Warren; two daughters Vicky McCartney of Warren and Malinda Lephiew of Banks; thirteen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
