Mrs Jacobs , I'm not for sure if you remember me. Derrell and I were in the same unit 4/64th in 1971. We met when you arrived. Not long after', I was sent back to US. Before I left, Derrell left his
,name and address with me and said call him anytime. 52 years later,while cleaning out my photos fromback then I found notes and photos I had forgotten. I am sorry to hear of Derrell's passing, Be more than glade to post or mail what I have. I hope this gets to you.

Derrell will be missed by everyone who knew him. He was a kind and gentle soul who smiled at everyone. He always had a kind word and was always interested in everything a person had to say. He loved to talk. About the Razorbacks, Craftsman tools, Hood or anything you were interested in. He was a good friend and I will miss him.
