I know she will truly be missed as I had always heard nothing but good about her and she always treated me kindly. she had pride and stubbornness which made me think of her as one of the south's typical southern bell and she loved her purple hull peas. She made lots of things that I am sure will be cherished. I still have some of the Christmas ornaments she made and hang them on the tree every year. My love and condolences to the family,

So very sorry to hear about Miss Ruby's passing . I only knew her for a few months but what an impression she made on me . A truly kind and giving loving woman . She made a quilt for my daughter 's 5 th birthday years ago and I will treasure it always , my heart is with the Haney family...
