Not sure how to even begin here. I cried the day my beautiful cousin was born, Shane had a baby girl I have cheered her on in all she has done knowing she was such a bright shining light. I didn't talk with her often but when we did talk we talked for what seemed like forever and about everything. Kacie had the world in her hands cancer just knocked her out way too soon . And like the day she was born I cried the day we lost her . Love and prayers to all of you

KC and family,
I have known Kacie since pharmacy school and her friendship has been an important one to me. I have so many memories with her from school - asking her for advice on what to wear to a cowboy chili cookoff, eating cupcakes and that one Christmas where we used too much craft glue in a small apartment. She always had a smile on her face and was one of the people in my life where I felt I could be my true self. She wouldn't judge you and be there for you. I always enjoyed it when she would be at the house and we could stay up talking for hours. It is a relief to know she was strong in her faith and that she is in heaven without pain. I will continue to keep you all in my prayers and know that not a single Halloween will go by without me thinking about Kacie and her love of that holiday.
