Patsy E. Norsey, age 56 of Monticello, passed away Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock. She was born September 23, 1958 in Monticello, AR to the late William Haywood Norsey and Nellie Kinzalow Norsey.
She worked for the University of Arkansas at Monticello as a custodian and cafeteria worker and was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include two daughters, Jennifer Richmond and Crystal Kinzalow both of Monticello; one brother, James Norsey of MS; two sisters, Linda Cater of Monticello and Mary Hoke of Pine Bluff; six grandchildren, David W. Ricks, Jonathan E. Ricks, Emma L. Ricks, Faith H. Ricks, Deaunna N. Baker and Marshall C. Baker.
Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, September 7, 2015 at Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Sunday evening at the funeral home. Online guestbook www.stephensondearman.com.
