Evelyn Breckenridge

Evelyn Breckenridge, age 76 of White Hall, AR, passed away Monday, June 1, 2026, at The Blossoms Nursing Home in White Hall. She was born July 26, 1949, in Dermott, AR to the late Silas Thomas and Lillie Parker Thomas.
She was the widow of Mordice Breckenridge, Sr. and a housewife. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Mordice Breckenridge, Jr.
She is survived by two daughters, Jeanette Miller of Pine Bluff and Shantell Breckenridge of McGehee; one son, Raleigh Washington of Little Rock; three sisters, Annie Thomas of Dermott, Annette Thomas of Little Rock and Lisa Thomas of Conway; two brothers, Ronnie Thomas of Dermott and Jerald Thomas of Escondido, CA; along with a host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, June 13, 2026, at Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Chapel. There will be a Wake from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Friday evening at the funeral home. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery in Monticello.
