Bessie Huskey Chambliss

Bessie Ellen Huskey Chambliss, 99 of Wilmar, formerly of Cabot passed away, Thursday, August 8 at Drew Memorial Hospital. She was born July 14, 1914 to the late Joseph T. Huskey and Sarah Ellen Kessinger Huskey.
She was preceded in death by her husband Opie Chambliss, was a homemaker and member of Green Hill United Methodist Church. Bessie was an avid bridge player, a great seamstress, and loved cooking and gardening. She was a very pleasant and loving lady. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Roy and Bill Huskey and two sisters, Gladys Scharf and Lillie Madry.
Survivors include a very special niece, Betty Pace of Green Hill and numerous other nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
