I served in the Air Force.
James Edgar Rabb, 81, of Monticello, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, September 5, 2021, at Baylor, Scott, & White Medical Center in Rowlett, TX. He was born on September 3, 1940, to the late James "Doc" Rabb and Mary Jane Holland Rabb. James was a veteran of the United States Air Force where he was a member of the military police in the 825th Hard Chargers. He was a faithful member of Mt. Pleasant "Campground" United Methodist Church, he LOVED Jesus, and he loved his family.

James is preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Patricia Harmon; one granddaughter, Jennifer Davis; and one great-grandson, Landon Smith.

He is survived by his children, Linda Gibson and husband Tom, of Forney, TX, Ann Goodner and husband Steve, of Heath, TX, Vickie Rabb-Wiggins and husband Tim, of Forney, TX, Scott Rabb and wife Stacie, of Quinlan, TX; brother-in-law, Doyle Harmon, of Monticello; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, his quiver was definitely full; as well as many other family members and friends.

A viewing will be Sunday, September 12, 2021, from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m at Mt. Pleasant "Campground" United Methodist Church. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be in Oak Ridge Family Cemetery, Monticello, Arkansas.

Memorials may be made to Mt. Pleasant "Campground" United Methodist Church, or to the Wounded Warriors Project.
