Sister Tiner was one cool person, we saw her frequently at Circuit Assemblies and when I visited Monticello while checking on Mom in Star City, Arkansas. We had the most upbuilding and fun conversations ever. Thanks for all you did Sister Tiner. We will see her again in the future...David White

Annette, Mike, Linda, Kim and Tracie, I am so very sorry for your loss. I knew Sister Tiner all my life or at least from the time I was 5-6 years old. There was never a more compassionate, caring, loving person in my life as she was. I was fortunate to have her and “Mr” Arnold as I knew him to guide me during my youth. They were both great teachers and we will feel their loss. May God grant you peace and may your faith make you strong.

Please know how deeply saddened by the loss of your mother and grandmother I am.

Johnny and I really loved Jan, she was such a kind, gentle, and loving person. Jan was not only an asset to Jehovah's Organization and the Monticello Congregation, but also an excellent example of how all of Jehovah's people should be.

She is now resting in Jehovah's memory, and will be energized for the work ahead.

I love all of you, and like you, look forward to the resurrection and life under Jehovah's rule.

    Fritzie

We will truly miss Sister Jan I can remember growing up in the Monticello congregation with the Tiners. They were always a loving couple. I can remember a few years ago when we went out in service and it was raining. I told sister Jan not to worry because we was gonna make sure she get as close as possible to the door. We had a wonderful time that day. Sleep until Jehovah says its time to rise in the new system.
