His real estate career spanned many decades and covered Arkansas and its surrounding states. He was involved with real estate sales, development and property management for over 35 years. He was also a contractor for over 25 years. Clif was an avid hunter, fisherman and sportsman and a member of The Island 82 Hunting Club. He enjoyed hunting deer, turkeys, squirrel and doves. He also enjoyed traveling and scuba diving. He was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by a daughter, Sarah Brook Turnage and a granddaughter, Emily Rose Loomis both of Mountain View, AR; and a beloved companion, Lee Ann ''Boo'' Black.
Funeral services will be 12 noon Tuesday, September 13, 2022, at Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Chapel. There will be a visitation from 11:00-12:00 a.m. preceding the funeral service.
