In addition to his parents, Billy is preceded in death by his wife Deborah Rouse Hayden; two sons, William George Hayden, and George Wilbur Hayden; and one brother, Wilbur Gene Hayden.
Billy is survived by two brothers, Larry D. Hayden of Coleman, Arkansas, and Eddie Hayden and wife Gail of Monticello, Arkansas; one sister, Judy Trout of Monticello, Arkansas; nephew, Bryan D. Hayden, and wife Karen; niece, Theresa Brazier and husband Rick of Fountain Hill, Arkansas; special friend, Ms. Linda Naron of Monticello, Arkansas; all of his church family and friends from both Pleasant Springs and Faith Missionary Baptist Churches; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation will be on Sunday, November 12, 2023, from 2:30 ā" 3:30 p.m. at Pleasant Springs Missionary Baptist Church. Funeral Services will follow at 3:30 p.m. Burial will be in Pleasant Springs Cemetery.
