Robin Lee Ann Neblett, age 54, of Monticello, Arkansas passed away, on Saturday, November 18, 2023, at her home in Monticello, AR. She was born December 21, 1968, in Kankakee, IL to the late Louis Neblett and Louise Collins Neblett. Robin was a member of the First Assembly of God of Monticello. She was a veteran of the United States Army and the Arkansas National Guard. Robin was the cafeteria manager at Drew Central Schools. She loved her grandkids, cooking, and all her Drew Central kids.
In addition to her parents, Robin is preceded in death by her daughter, Heather Lynn Garcia; uncle who raised her, Paul Neblett; and sister Annette Neblett.
Robin is survived by her children, Brittany Garcia and significant other James Chapman, Tony Garcia, Jr. and wife Brooke, Leigh Ann Sutton, and husband Kenneth; grandchildren, Heather Padilla, Jaiden Williams, Jai Williams, Charles Chapman, Adalynn Chapman, Houston Chapman, Marlee Garcia, and two more on the way; siblings, Louise Brown and husband Keith, Shirley Perini and husband Ned, Wanda Breckenridge, and husband Glen, Pearly Shaver and husband Jimmy, Barbara Wells, Douglas Neblett, Renee Hesse and husband Michael, Vicki Reginelli and husband Tony, Charley Neblett, Louis Neblett, Jr., and wife Helga; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Visitation will be Tuesday, November 21, 2023, from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. in the Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Chapel. Funeral Services will be on Wednesday, November 22, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at First Assembly of God in Monticello, Arkansas. Burial will be at a later date in Holy Innocents Cemetery.
