She was physician's secretary and stay-at-home mother and was of the Catholic faith.
Debbie is survived by her husband, Gary William Barnard; her children, Jason Barnard, Jennifer Cockrell, Jonathon Barnard and Joseph Barnard; and her mother, Ruby Howard Watcher.
