In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her one sister, Mary Howerton; one brother, Cleve Helton; first husband J.W. McTigrit; and second husband, Herman A. Norris.
Sarah is survived by one brother, Harvey Helton and wife Doris of Warren, AR; children, Janet Vinson and husband Tommy of Magnolia, AR, Ronnie McTigrit and wife Angel of Star City, AR, Patsy Hurst and husband Denny of El Dorado, and Gary McTigrit of El Dorado; grandchildren, Heith McTigrit, Trent Vinson, Eli Vinson and wife Amie, Jennifer Bradley and husband Jeremy, Holly Persons and husband Kelly Ray; five great-grandchildren, Baily, Shelby, Luke, Canaan and Jacob; step-children, Debbie Newberry and husband Ronnie and Terry Norris and wife Margaret; step-grandchildren Josh Newberry and wife Jamie, Sommer Riehn and husband Chase, Hayley Russell and husband Bart; and three step great- grandchildren, Ocean, Arvin, and Ila.
Visitation will be Sunday, September 29, 2024, from 1:00 " 2:00 p.m. at Tabernacle of Faith Church, 2525 Hwy 425 North, Monticello, Arkansas, 71655. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Tabernacle of Faith with Pastor Terry Norris and Rev. Margaret Norris officiating. Burial will be in Tyro Cemetery.
