She was the widow of Billy Rex Lansdale, a homemaker and member of Pauline Missionary Baptist Church. Mrs. Delores worked alongside her husband many years as he managed Van Atkins clothing store on the Monticello square. She also enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and playing Bunko with her friends.
She is survived by a son, Marc Lansdale and wife Robin of Monticello; a daughter, Kim Eubanks of the Valley community; one sister, Judy Chenault of Harrison; four grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and one great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 30, 2025, at Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Chapel with Rev. Rob Leonard officiating. There will be a visitation from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday evening at the funeral home. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery. You can sign Mrs. Delores' guestbook registry on this page.
