Monticello, AR Friday, May 2, 2025 To all of Steve's family: I am very sorry for your great loss. I met him way back in the 1980s when his dad and my husband were both deacons at Enon Baptist Church. We had a church softball league at that time. My husband coached & pitched, and Steve played outfield. He was a great player. He hardly ever missed those fly balls that came his way. He could catch the ball, take his glove off and throw the ball back quicker than anybody. It was evident that he enjoyed playing. You have my prayers of comfort at this sad time.Bonnie Cruce
