I had the honor of spending many classes under the direction of Dr. McKee. He was my personal advisor and close friend. The world has lost a great man and my heart is saddened. Thank you doc, for your advice, your service, and most of all your friendship. 10-42 Doc

Dr. McKee was a vital part of me finishing my degree after a 20 yr lag. He pushed me telling me it was never too late. His knowledge and experience along with his writings will live on in a new generation. He will be missed but he is now 10-42 ( He has gone home finishing his shift) fly high doc

I am heartbroken to learn of the passing of Dr. Adam McKee. As my undergraduate professor, he was a mentor who deeply influenced my path, and I was fortunate that our relationship grew into a lasting friendship over the past 10 years. His intellect, integrity, and compassion left a profound mark on everyone he encountered.
Dr. McKee’s dedication extended beyond the classroom. As a CASA board member, he brought the same passion and commitment to serving vulnerable children that he brought to his students and colleagues. In my role as CASA Recruiter Coordinator, I had the privilege of witnessing firsthand the care and thoughtfulness he poured into every decision and conversation. He was a steadfast advocate for our mission and a voice of reason and hope when it was needed most.
His absence will be felt deeply across so many communities, but his legacy of service, scholarship, and kindness will continue to inspire us all. My deepest condolences go out to his family, friends, and all those who had the honor of knowing him.
