Jermaine had a sweet spirit and gentle nature and was loved by all who knew him. He enjoyed dancing, listening to music, and spending time with his friends.
Jermaine leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Mae Ferrell; father, James Surratt; brothers, Terrance Ferrell and Kenyon (Kiesha) Lewis; grandmother, Gracie (Donald) Stewart; aunts, Patricia (David Rochell) Mays and Pearlene (Joe) Johnson; uncles, Rodney (Ruby) Ferrell Sr. and Lee (Vickie) Ferrell; and a host of other relatives and friends.
