Maxann loved spending time with her family, but her greatest passion was spending time with her grandchildren. She also loved to raise highland cows.
Survivors include one son, Lawton Smith; two daughters, Kelby Rusk and husband Christian and Karter Smith and fiancé Dakota Hinton; along with four grandchildren, Baby H., Nyla Hinton, Drake Hinton and John Rusk; and fiancé Shane Duckworth.
There will be a come-and-go visitation Tuesday, February 3, 2026, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Home.
