He was a 2010 graduate of Woodlawn High School Class. Anyone who knew Dustin would tell you he was a hard worker, quick learner and a jack of all trades. He was employed by Blakely Creek Cattle Company, LLC. Dustin accepted Christ as his Savior in 2003 and was a member of Enon Missionary Baptist Church in Rye, AR. He was preceded in death by his aunt, Rebecca Reece; grandfather, Jimmy Joe Holley; and aunt, Dewana Runion.
He is survived by one son, Joseph; his mother and stepfather, Tammie and Adam Penland; his father, Joey Holley; grandparents, Vickie and Mark Vinson; grandmother, Pat Holley; and two sisters, Peyton Penland and Jodi Holley.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at Enon Missionary Baptist Church in Rye, AR with Rev. Homer Branscum officiating. Burial will be at Enon Cemetery in Rye, AR. Serving as pallbearers are John Dennis, Vincent Vinson, Carl Morrow, Jeremy Vinson, Brian Ashcraft and Clayton Ashcraft.
