She was a homemaker and of the Assembly of God faith. Beverly was a hard worker that loved being outdoors enjoying building things, doing yard work, gardening and spending time with her family. She also dearly loved her dogs and her sweet potato pie. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Billy Gumpert; husbands, Jerry Pevey, Joe West and Bobby Knowles; and a grandson, Christopher Pevey.
Survivors include one son, Mark Pevey and wife Tami of Monticello; her grandchildren, Gerald Pevey and wife Tabitha, Trey Pevey and Kristine Hoskins and husband Bubba; great grandchildren, Maddie, Charlotte and Cashion Pevey, Blayze and Travis Pevey, Asher Jaggers, Elizabeth Humes, Trenton and Karleigh Hoskins; and one great-great grandchild, Eden Grace Humes.
Graveside funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, March 21, 2026, at Campground Cemetery with Rev. Ray Hearron officiating.
