What a long, healthy life this lady had. The last time I seen her was at my sister’s funeral back in February of this year & got to go out and eat with her and the rest of the family after the service. She said to me then: Wanda did you know I am 91 years old and the only time I spent in the hospital was when I had my babies? I did not know that, and I told her that was amazing! What a blessing! I always knew she was such a smart woman. She surely must have knew how to take care of herself.
You know there is a saying:
Strength and Smarts and a hold lot of Heart, that’s what mothers are made of.
My heart goes out to David, Rebecca, Robin, Mark & the rest of the family. I pray the good Lord gives them comfort, strength and peace. Rest in peace Alice. You will be missed by so many.

Mom, I don't know what to say I can't believe you're gone. I had just texted you Saturday night sending you a picture asking you if you knew who the couple were in the picture. Because I knew if anybody could tell me anything I wanted or needed to know about the Family History you could tell it with the sharp mind you had. You and Uncle Charles had helped me out with the Family Tree I was doing. But you had helped me most of all. And when you called me Easter Sunday telling me that you didn't know who the couple were. And we talked a few more mins and the last words you said to me before we hung up was that I Love you Rebecca ❤️. Like you always do and I said I Love you to Mom. Not knowing it was gonna be our very last time to talk again. I Love you Mom ❤️. I have always Loved Mom and always will. I will miss you we Love you Love Rebecca and Mark ❤️ 💞
