She was a housewife, wonderful mother and grandmother and was of the Baptist faith. Lori loved cooking, baking and mowing her yard but her greatest love was her children and grandchildren. She had a huge heart, loved everyone and was a true problem solver that would call you out if needed. She just cared! In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Jimmy Young; father-in-law, Marvin Labaj; grandmother, Elsie Young; and two grandchildren, Memphis and Willow Ellenson.
Survivors include her husband of 30 years, Craig (Gee) Labaj of Monticello; children, Chris Ellenson and wife Haylee, Matt Ellenson, Leigh-Anne Ellenson, Denver Ellenson and wife Lindsey and Blane Labaj and wife Krystin all of Monticello; grandchildren, Kaylee Ellenson, C.J. Ellenson, Davyn Smith, Kili Ellenson, Jaxon Ellenson and Benji Ellenson; her mother-in-law, Johnnie Labaj; a special sister-in-law, Debbie Werb and children, Andrew Brannon and Sarah Pace; a brother-in-law, Alan Labaj and wife Melissa; and a nephew, Branden Labaj all of Temple, TX.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, April 19, 2026, at Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Tony Wells officiating. There will be a visitation Saturday, April 18, 2026, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Home. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery.
