Rose Carpenter, 69, of Glenwood, Arkansas passed away Friday, May 1, 2026, at CHI St. Vincent in Hot Springs. She was born October 4, 1956, in Dermott, Arkansas to the late Vince and Lucile Peacock Wolfe. She worked in retail for many years. She enjoyed reading a good book and crocheting.

In addition to her parents, Rose is preceded in death by a daughter, Carrie Carpenter; sister, Virginia Gateley; brother, Morris Wolfe; as well as the father of her children, David Carpenter.

Rose is survived by her daughter, Christi Clemons and husband Bubba; three grandchildren, Whitni Alvis, Jayci McDaniel, and Brooklyn Odom; six great-grandchildren, Hadleigh Alvis, Wyatt Alvis, Brynn Alvis, John David McDaniel, Caleb McDaniel, and Sage Ross; sister, Gail Ashley; brother Rex Wolfe; sister in law, Sue Wolfe; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will held Saturday, May 9, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. in the Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Chapel. You can sign Rose's guestbook her on her page.
