She confessed Christ at an early age at Westside M.B. Church, Star City and was a member there until adulthood. After marrying the late Don Woodard, Jackie joined Mt. Tabor in Wilmar, Ar.
Jackie was the mother to the late Latroya Jones (Chris) and Don Deshazer (Hannah). The grandmother of 6 Andraya Craig, CJ, Quinn, Amilia Jones, Donavan and Ariannah Deshazer.
Jackie was a graduate of Star City. Worked at Burlington for many years after graduation. She and her family moved to Spokane Washington, where she worked at a bread factory, then later opened an Adult Assisted Living Home.
Jackie loved God, her family and Dem Cowboys!
Jackie departed this earth July 5,2026 to join her Heavenly Father, Her Husband Don, Daughter Latroya, Mother Mildred, Two Sisters Joann and Jana, Both Sets of Grandparents.
She leaves behind to cherish her memories her above mentioned grandkids, Dad James, Two Brothers James and Jerome, Son Don, Special Friend Brian Rogers, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Upon her request there will be no service. She will be cremated and a memorial service in her honor will be Saturday, July 25, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Westside Missionary Baptist Church in Star City, AR.
