"Minnie Mae was one of my favorite people. I don't think I ever saw her when she didn't have a smile on her face. When she came in the courthouse, she always stopped by, usually with Patti by her side, and visited with me. I will miss her a lot. I have always been in awe of the closeness of the Moffatt family. She was indeed one of the Lords angels sent here to make this world a better place."
