Rose Carver Montgomery, 56, of Monticello left this world Sunday, June 6 at UAMS in Little Rock, AR. She is the daughter of Christine and the late Paul Capps, her stepfather. She is preceded in death by her stepson Shannon Montgomery.
She was a homemaker and member of Cominto Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved her plants and knick knacks.
Survivors include her husband, Billy Montgomery of Monticello; one brother, Johnny Carver of McGehee; one sister, Jamie Russell and husband Rusty of St. Joseph, LA; four children, Randy Whittemire, Kassie Temple and husband Larry, Jessie Maddox and husband Franklin, all of Monticello, Eric Montgomery and wife Jennifer of Hamburg; nine grandchildren, Gage Maddox, Nickolas and Brandon Brown, R. D. an Destinee Whittemire, Dylan and Caleb Bradford, Rayleigh and Micah Montgomery, and many friends.
