"She was my good friend and we had many adventures during a simple and innocent time in a tight-knit community where children were safe and could play outside, ride bikes, go to the swimming hole from daylight to dark without fear. I will miss her smile and I am a better person for knowing her. My heart goes out to all she touched. We always think we have more time for one more adventure. Rest my sweet friend until then."
