"When we think of Ellen, the words "giving", "caring", and "working tirelessly" come to mind.

For so many years she has been a central figure in the Green Hill community, especially in the lives of children. She worked to organize and implement Bible Schools, taught children's Sunday School classes (where there was always and arts and craft project involved), and offered help and encouragement for anything that needed to be done.
