Michael Craig Pevey, age 59 of Monticello, passed away Friday, May 28, 2021, at his home in Monticello, AR. He was born August 28, 1961, in Pine Bluff, AR to the late Vance Pevey and Myrtle Anne Freeman Pevey.
He was a machinist and a Christian. Craig enjoyed being outside, hunting, fishing and was a motorcycle enthusiast.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa Dawn Pevey of Monticello; a daughter, April Pevey Cruce (Bubba) of the Prairie Community; four stepsons, Jason Camden (Andrea), Logan Camden (Cassie) and Levi Hammil (Jamie) all of Monticello and Jake Hammil (Lauren) of Cabot; grandsons, Parker Cruce and Jase Cruce of the Prairie Community; one brother, Larry Wayne Pevey of Fountain Hill; step grandchildren, Abbi Camden, Kyerstyn Camden, Carson Camden, Jaci Hammil, Luke Hammil, Aiden Hammil all of Monticello, Heidi Hammil, Holt Hammil, Baylor McCain and Coy McCain of Cabot; and two step great grandchildren, Kingston Lucas and Kash Camp of Monticello.
