Tyronza Patrice "Cotton Candy" Marshall, of Monticello, AR, passed away at her home on Monday, August 9, 2021. She was born June 28, 1980, to Geraldine Simmons and Gene Marshall. She loved cooking, playing cards, spending time with her grandchildren, entertaining and cooking for others, playing dominos, and going to the casino.
Ms. Marshall is preceded in death by her father, Gene Marshall; her great great grandmother, Mattie Carter; grandmother, Shirley Mae Marshall; and three uncles.
She is survived by her mother; two children, Tyquarious Gardner of Monticello and Nshyka A. Shelton of Little Rock; two grandchildren, Izahbelle Shelton and Kartier Gardner; two brother, Jermaine Simmons (Yvencia) of Lafayette, LA, and Zack Marshall of Portland OR; two sister, Gene Laurel Marshall of Portland, OR, and Sabrina Marshall of Las Vegas NV; LaKinda Washington, a sweet friend, also called my sister, of Little Rock, AR; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, and nieces, family and friends.
