"I am so sorry to read of Sylvia's passing. I have known her all my life although we didn't see each other often these last few years. When you are a Green Hill girl you always remain a Green Hill
girl it seems. I will be lifting her family in prayer for their great loss. My prayer is that the Lord
will give you peace, comfort and strength to get you through the days without her. Please accept
my sincere sympathy.
Carole (Doss) Rushiing"

"Dear Family, please accept my deepest sympathy. I am another Green Hill girl and Sylvia was just a few years older than me. She was closer to my sister Carole's age. I remember when Sylvia's family lived within walking distance of us and we would walk there sometimes when we had time as a kid. While she went to Drew Central School and we went to Wilmar School we were always together on Sunday at church. We were friends on Facebook. I will miss her comments on some of mine. I know she is looking down today and sending her family her love. May God give you comfort.
