"Miss Betty was a lovely neighbor when we were backyard neighbors 15+ years ago. She was especially kind to my son, John Harper, who enjoyed visiting and learning from Miss Betty about plants are gardening. I learned a thing or two from her as well. She was always kind and generous with her smiles. We feel blessed to have known her."

"I only learned of Betty's passing today and it breaks my heart because she was one of the most wonderful people I have ever known. She and the entire Pennington family treated me like one of their own because I was always with Jane. My heart goes out to all of you in her loss. Love to all the family.
Janis"
