"I am lost for words. my heart is heavy to her that Ms. Arlean has gone home. She was a very sweet lady who I became close to during the years that she adoptive Victor. Ms. Willams was very special to me and the last juneteeth she invited me to come and see Victor. Tony, Gary, she didn't want anything but, for you all to take care of Victor. Everytime we talked I could never get away because, we talked about the Lord and her family. I will miss her dearly. She would alway tell me to come by anytime, she made me feel so welcome and I thank God that he allowed her to be in my life. My prayers are with the family."
