"Mrs. Harris touched the lives of so many individuals at such an early age while teaching at Hermitage. She was a beautiful person and will always have a very special place in my heart. Her arms were those of comfort and love for many small children. She made me laugh and wiped away many of my tears as I would sit in her lap daily. Mrs. Willie Mae Harris was a wonderful woman who loved us all like we were her own children. Heaven gained an angel. May God bless each of you!"
