"Dana - Allen's service was beautiful, all of it was so "Allen". He will be missed as a dear friend as well as a visionary for the City of Monticello and the State of Arkansas. He worked so hard on the I-530 Connector and we need to redouble our efforts to see the completion of Allen's dream. I will fondly think of Allen each summer as I remember the tomatoes, pickles and salsa he so freely delivered to our office. My prayer for you and your family is God's loving arms around you and that your mind will be filled with Allen's wonderful memories as you go through this valley.
