Jack Norman Chadwick age 76 of Monticello, passed away Wednesday, October 7, 2020, at his home. He was born April 26, 1944, the third child of the late Hewey & Myrtle Brown Chadwick.
He was a member of Corinth Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Susie Jones Chadwick of Wilmar; a daughter, Jackie Bennett of Wilmar; a granddaughter, Haley Woods, and Keith Chambliss of Star City; a grandson, Jody Bennett; and a great-granddaughter, London Nichole Davis.
He is also survived by sisters, Myra DeArmond, Dorothy and Alan Harper of Conroe, TX, Fran and Randy Burks of Warren; brothers Robert and Carla Chadwick of Kansas City, KS, Ralph Chadwick of Warren, David and Rhonda Chadwick of El Dorado, and Kenny Chadwick of Warren. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Valley Cemetery, 324 Longview Road, Wilmar,AR 71675
