Debra White Cater, age 61 of Monticello, passed away Sunday, June 16, 2019 at her home. She was born September 9, 1957 in Drew County, AR to the late Lester Owen White and Joyce Burris White.

She was retired from Burlington Industries, worked for Open Air Brands in Monticello and was a member of New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by one sister, Rhonda Knight and one brother, Terry White.

Survivors include her husband of 34 years, Joseph Cater of Monticello; one son, Stephen Kelly and wife Shana of Monticello; one daughter, Jennifer Thompson and husband Kevin of Monticello; two brothers, Randy White and wife Paula of Glendale and Steve White of Benton; one sister, Amy Beaty and husband Tony of Dewitt; four grandchildren, Morgan, Ava, Luke and Ashton; several aunts and uncles, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at Old Union Cemetery. Visitation 6:00-8:00 p.m. Monday evening at the funeral home. Online guestbook www.stephensondearman.com.
