Samuel Ray Vance, age 27 of Monticello, passed away Friday, December 25, 2020, at Drew Memorial Hospital in Monticello, AR. He was born August 5, 1993, in Pine Bluff, AR.

On June of 1996, Samuel found his forever home with Dippy and Faye Vance and his extended family. He loved attention and just being around his family. He was preceded in death by a sister, Janelle Bayird; and a brother, Trenton Vance.

Survivors include his mother and father, Faye and Dippy Vance of Monticello; four brothers, Shannon, Wayne, Jeremiah and Desean Vance; and one sister, Tina McManus. The family would like to give a special thank you to his care nurses, Kim Ray, Kim Lewis, Joan Frye, Rebecca Horne, Cindy Lawson and Darlene Todd.
