Lois Reep Lack
September 12, 1914 - April 10, 2016

Lois Reep Lack, age 101 of Monticello, passed away Sunday, April 10, 2016 at The Woods Nursing & Rehab in Monticello. She was born September 12, 1914 in Rye, AR to the late John Buchanon Reep and Ethel Doster Reep.

She was the widow of Troy Lack, a retired clerk and bookkeeper at the Monticello OTASCO Store (Oklahoma Tire & Supply Co.) after 39 years of service and was a devoted member of First Presbyterian Church in Monticello. She attended Arkansas A&M College (now UAM) and taught school before her marriage. In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by her granddaughter, Dixie Rogers; four sisters; and two brothers.

Survivors include one son, Johnny Lack and wife Pat of Lake Village; two daughters, Wanda Rogers and husband Dan and Jan Walters and husband Gary all of Houston, TX; one sister, Ava Hairston of Warren; six grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.
