Rosalyn V. Martin-Millet, 33, of Monticello, passed away Saturday, June 4, 2011 at Drew Memorial Hospital in Monticello. She was born October 28, 1977 in Falcon, AR.

Rosalyn was employed by the state of Arkansas' Department of Community Corrections as a Parole/Probation Agent and was an active member in her church, Greater I Am Church of God In Christ in Monticello. She was preceded in death by her father, Harold Martin, Sr., grandmothers, Artchie Lee Ervin and Gertrude Ervin, grandfathers, Doc Riser and Earl Martin, special uncle, Edward Lee Martin, step-brother, Ashunti Wortham and special cousin, Lynetta Erving.

Survivors include her husband, Barry Anthony Millet; three sons, D'Andrea Rahmaad Millet, Daidrian Rashad Millet and Brayden Jakobi Millet; her mother, Virginia Erving-Harris (Ralph) of Cullen, LA; step-father, John L. Brooks, Sr. of Cullen, LA; grandmother, Eva Sanders-Martin of Falcon, AR; mother and father-in-law, James Franklin McCoy (Artie Faye) of Monticello; siblings, Shantina Stewart of Buckner, AR, Rolanda Martin-Oliver (Robert) of Springhill, LA, Camilla Martin-Turner (Steven) of Texarkana, AR, Harold Martin, Jr. (Katregna) of Buckner, AR, Shauntrell Martin of Cullen, LA, John L. Brooks II of Cullen, LA; eleven nephews, nine nieces, thirteen aunts, twelve uncles, one special great aunt, Eddie Dean Riser; one special uncle, Howard Glenn Erving; four special cousins, Danyelle, LaCandy, Renada and Franchester Gipson, all of Springhill, LA; a host of in-laws, cousins and friends.
