I never will forget all of the Christmas cookies and lights. Every year she, along with my grandfather, would have a light display and invite the mentally challenged from the centers in the counties nearby to come out and have cookies and cocoa that all of us grandkids had made. She is missed very much. Those lights haven't hung in the years that LJ has been gone... and probably never will be again. :( I find peace in knowing that she has gone home to be with our Father and that one day I will see her again.

Sib (as I called her) was a very special person. She never complained and she always had a kind word. I have known her almost all of my life, I worked and stayed with her when she and LJ raised tomatoes. She will be terriably missed. She was one of my favorite persons!

Even though it's been a long time since I saw her, your mom always made me feel welcome and like a part of the family. One of our very special memories was baking and decorating Christmas cookies with Memaw when our kids were little. I know that she will be greatly missed by her family and friends. All of you are in our thoughts and prayers.

I loved her! She was GREAT!! I'll miss her quirky sayings and nicknames for all of us who worked with her. We shared recipes and memories of our lives. I am so sorry she is gone. Independent and strong! That is the way I will always remember her. My thoughts and prayers are with her family. Physical therapist and friend--Lori McCoy
