So very sad to hear of Dr. Chase's passing. He worked wonders with Jeff - probably the only reason he had the nerve to get his teeth fixed was because of the kindness and understanding he received from Dr. Chase and everyone in the office. Prayers for comfort and peace during this hard time. He was a remarkable guy - he will be missed by his family, but he will also be missed by Monticello and the whole community.

Paige and family,
May God give you strength during this time and the days to come. You and the girls are constantly in our thoughts and prayers. Devyn and I were talking yesterday, and we agree that Dr. Chase will always be "our dentist" because no one can replace him. We practically felt like we were visiting family when we were there! We will miss him.

Dr. Chase has been my dentist since before we moved to Monticello in 1998. I had the utmost faith in his ability and integrity. Monticello will certainly miss this civic-minded gentleman who wanted to make our/his town the best it could be. I enjoyed getting to know him and Paige through my dental visits and will miss him very much. My heart hurts for Paige, Summer, Madisyn, and his mom. But, I know he’s with his Heavenly Father and is now in perfect health. God bless you all with peace and comfort through the Father’s love, friends, and family.
