Charlie Fred was a true icon of Monticello. You just knew you were going to see him at any funeral to greet you and he was a friend and uplifting to anyone he met or talked to it seemed. He will be greatly missed for sure, but I know there are many, many glad to welcome him home. God Bless and be with the family in his loss.
