I was shocked when a mutual friend called and told me Chris had passed away. We were roommates at Charleston AFB, SC and were in touch. I knew he had serious health problems. My deepest condolences to his family and friends.

MR. DARRELL AND MS. JOYCE.. I JUST SAW TODAY WHERE CHRIS HAS GONE TO BE WITH OUR LORD. I AM SO SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS. I WISH WE HAD KNOWN. WE HAVE YOU IN OUR PRAYERS. I HOPE IT GIVES YOU PEACE KNOWING HE IS WITH OTHER LOVED ONES AND IS IN NO PAIN NOW. HE WAS BLESSED SO MUCH FOR HAVING YOU BOTH FOR PARENTS. I am so saddened by this untimely loss of our sweet Chris. He was always more concerned with others than he was talking about himself. He was the one who reached out to pull old friends together and has kept us that way. He had a dry wit about him and we all loved him and being around him. He loved his family with a passion so I pray that God will give that comfort and protection of their hearts in this loss. He will be thought of often and missed by so many.
